With that being said, the fastest way to get results is to wear it as much as possible \u2013 we recommend 22 hours per day. This gives you 2 hours of free time in which to eat and brush your teeth. <\/li><li>You can drink with your aligner in, but nothing too hot. <\/li><li>You can take your aligner out for longer periods of time as a \u201cone off\u201d. For example, if you are giving a presentation, or if you have an occasion. This won\u2019t affect the results too much if you don\u2019t make a habit of it. <\/li><li>You can only straighten one mouth arch at a time as to straighten both would feel too bulky.<\/li><li>Straightening takes anything from 6-18 weeks. The length of time varies with how crooked your teeth are to start with, and how vigilant you are with wearing the appliance. <\/li><li>You need to come in for review appointments every few weeks.
