The aligners are removable, which means you can take them out to fit in with your lifestyle. With that being said, the fastest way to get results is to wear it as much as possible \u2013 we recommend 22 hours per day. This gives you 2 hours of free time in which to eat and brush your teeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can drink with your aligners in, but nothing too hot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
